The REALTORS® Association of Edmonton (RAE) is pleased that the City of Edmonton has chosen to maintain its 10-day agenda schedule, per RAE recommendations detailed in a policy letter sent to the Mayor and Council in early August. This decision follows the recommendations and reasoning from our Association and other regional industry groups.
We commend the City of Edmonton for recognizing the importance of an accessible timeline for municipal governance, and for taking action that will serve the best interests of our members, and all community partners involved. This move will help continue the delivery of improved planning, increased public engagement, and more informed discussions and outcomes.
The REALTORS® Association of Edmonton remains committed to collaborating with city officials and other industry groups to foster a legislative environment that supports the continued success of Edmonton and our valued members.
