Members of the RAE have access to dozens of instructor-led and self-led learning opportunities, ranging from Technical Skills to Soft Skills, and from professional designation courses to Commercial-specific training.

Edmonton and Area market data for comparable reporting and market analysis

Members have access to in-depth data for the Edmonton and area real estate market, with daily, weekly, and monthly market updates, the MLS® Home Price Index (HPI) tool, historical statistics, infographics, Quarterly Economic Reports and Commercial Real Estate statistics.

Access to tools, services and systems designed to help REALTORS® in their day-to-day practice.

While the Association’s MLS® System, Paragon, is the primary tool used by members, there are dozens of other tools at your disposal. Every service focuses on providing the information necessary to help REALTORS® succeed.

Strengthening Relationships to Benefit the Real Estate Industry

Behind the scenes, the Association engages with provincial peers and member volunteers to help promote policies and regulations that support homeownership, a strong economy and a healthy environment. We are guided by a mission to help REALTORS® better serve their clients.

Professional, recreational and charitable events available to members at minimal or no cost

Access to dozens of exclusive events throughout the year – helping REALTORS® strengthen industry connections and get involved to advance their network. From Family Fun Days to the REALTORS® Ball Awards Celebration to Annual Conferences for professional development (RAECON), the opportunities are endless. Members can join Association Committees or volunteer with the REALTORS® Community Foundation – there are always ways to get involved.

Condo Access Box (CAB) Program – Available through the Association for property managers and condo boards to install secure systems at their properties. It reduces the risk of unwanted access and enhances safety for REALTORS® and their clients.

Data Co-op – An online tool provided by the Alberta Real Estate Association that allows members to see all the active listings in the province.

LifeWorks – A dedicated member resource and support for physical and mental wellbeing. All RAE Members are eligible for LifeWorks and have access to 24/7 phone support services.

Member Learning Hub – A library of self-paced online learning modules accessible at any time, with topics ranging from disclosure to new home warranty, and from social media skills to commercial real estate.

One-on-One Training & Support – Customized support available to all members through the MLS® Help Desk – via phone, virtual meeting, or in-person. Members can get personalized training on any tool or technology offered by the Association.

RAE Knowledge Base – A fully searchable database of FAQs and Help Articles, with step-by-step guides for tools or programs offered through the Association. 

RAE Trends – A member tool that allows you to look and be professional with custom-branded, automated market reports and graphs to share with your clients.

REALTOR® Perks – Exclusive REALTOR® member discounts and programs from local and national brands.

REALTOR® Safety Program – RAE members, and their families, have 24/7 direct access to Safe International’s Rob and Beth Andress via phone or email. As REALTOR® Safety experts, they are available to answer questions, assist and/or provide guidance in dealing with targeting and violent encounters.

REALTOR.ca Tools – RAE Members get access to all the tools offered by the Canadian Real Estate Association, including REALTOR.ca Listing Statistics, email leads, public profile customization and access to the Data Distribution Facility (DDF).

Tech Helpline – Exclusive technical support and computer repair services for members. Tech Helpline provides technical support through analysts who specialize in REALTORS® day-to-day tech business.
