Buyer’s Agent Contact Details
When scheduling an appointment, you could always change the contact information for that individual appointment. NOW you can set the default Buyer Agent’ Contact Details in your ShowingTime Profile. Learn more here.
Minimum Appointment Length
In a busy market, it’s not uncommon for available showings to get booked immediately. There are so many interested buyers for most listings that in some cases, buyer’s agents are trying to squeeze in 5-to 10-minute showings. You can now set a default minimum appointment length. Learn more here.
Maximum Number of Concurrent Appointments
ShowingTime is fine-tuning some features to assist in managing the flow of showing requests. In addition to the “no overlapping appointments” default to go back to allowing overlapping requests, ShowingTime has received requests for control of how many overlapping requests can be allowed in each time slot. Learn more here.
Don’t worry you can still choose to not allow overlapping requests for individual listings or as your default.
